Get your returns process up to date please

Wow - blows my mind that a retailer of this size has such a completely useless returns policy for their online store?? Go into a store or return via post. And if you select return via post you have to send an enquiry (which wouldn't accept my order number that I COPIED AND PASTED from the email they sent me with my order details). So now I need to go in store to return my bad quality exercise tanks. Will never be ordering again Im afraid, not worth it.
