From Cottons prices to their awful non existent customer service.

Cotton On, I do not know where to start. From their prices to their quality of clothes to their awful non existent customer service. I have been a loyal cotton on customer for almost as long as they have been in South Africa, and to be treated the way I was is appalling. Cotton On's prices have increased and the quality and customer service has decreased exponentially. I had bought a blouse from cotton on through Superbalist so naturally I thought to complain straight to cotton on - this shirt costed me R399 which is a lot of money for a shirt. I washed the shirt for the first time roughly a week ago following the direction exactly (on the label it said nothing of colouring, running or staining). Anyway the shirt looks disgusting as colour has run everywhere, I can not leave the house wearing it. I email cotton on to get unhelpful replies saying I need to keep have kept the receipts, who expects a R399 shirt to colour and that they need to keep the receipt is beyond me as the labels and the cotton on brand was still written into the shirt, (She says she found my purchase on my perks card and I had only paid R150 for it according to her - but this was a complete lie as I had bought it from Superbalist and did not even use the perks card - so she blatantly lies to the customer and this probably happens on a regular basis to other customers),anyway we finally come to the agreement she will load half of the amount onto my cotton on perks card which I agree to, two days later I go to typo wanting to buy something and they say no money has been loaded on so I wrote back to cotton on and she said she only meant she would put the points on my card??? How in anyway is that a helpful solution. After this I emailed Superbalist, and even though Superbalist does not manufacture the cotton on brand they are prepared to take the item back and refund me the full amount - this is what I call customer service. I will never be buying from Cotton on again - their store and everything in it, is disgusting.
