FIRST & LAST TIME CUSTOMER

Bought a jeans 01/06 - On sale R200. Did not have time to exchange it earlier. Went there today during my lunch break... With attitude Angelique tells me she cant refund me because its a sale item. When I said I am on lunch & cannot take something else now, i asked for a voucher. she said she cant do that either. When I mentioned the time frame for exchanges, she then mentions that she can extend the exchange date on my slip.. <br> <br> My question.... Why wasn't I told these things when I bought it??? I would've not bought it at all or made sure I am 100% happy before purchasing.<br> <br> It is the first time I've bought something there as the store doesn't attract me & they're over priced..<br> <br> This is definitely the first & last time that store sees me.
