Cotton on’s returns process is smooth and simple. As long as you have your receipt and return the item within their stipulated timeframe. The refund/exchange is fast and efficient. I recently ordered from Cotton On online. I ordered the 31st of July and received my package on the 4th of August (JHB - Nelspruit). The size chart on their website is accurate.
