False Information Provided

I need Katy/Kerry/Cait from the Cotton On South African head office to be held accountable for the incorrect information she as well as the store associate from Gateway whose name is Lungani/Lindani. This lady from Head office confirmed that all the sunglasses were on promotion and so I drove half an hour to the store - looked for sunglasses and got to the til where I was told a certain brand was not on promo. Mind you - I had been told by two people already that ALL the sunglasses were on promotion???I explained the situation to assistant store manager Jitesh who told me that he cannot do a pice override without some proof???So I was made out to be a **** and I felt like it had a lot to do with my skin colour? I am going to see if there is a way for my phone calls to be pulled from work so that should this go further - I will have proof!!In the meantime can the lady from Head Office who gave me false information contact me and the Gateway store to clarify the matter?I am actually livid that young black woman still have to fight and prove themselves in these ridiculous ways just to be taken seriously!It's outright undermining and disrespectful!!
