Extremely bad customer service received from Cotton On Kids Menlyn

My wife went to exchange our little boy’s recently bought clothes from Cotton On Kids Menlyn however received the worst of the worst service from one of the cashiers, luckily my wife recorded everything on her phone so I need the store manager or regional/area manager to contact me on *** so that I can this up, I am really disappointed in the service my wife received and want to take this up
