Dresses turned into t-shirts

I bought a dress at their store in December and after 2 washes with the last one being in February the dress is now a shirt. I bought a 2nd dress in late January similar in make and material with the 1st dress and after 1 wash it is now only also a shirt. I have pictures to prove it! I'm so disappointed
