Dont Try to RETURN the wrong size goods

Bought a very pretty pink ballet skirt from Cotton-On Kids in Fourways Crossing Retail Mall last week (among other items) my daughter is 5. The Skirt was a 5-6 size however after letting her try it on - I realise its a little big, but just a little too big, but after letting her wear it for a little maybe an hour, I decided it wasnt right and needed to be taken back for a smaller size - There is no damage, no dirt, no nothing - didnt wash it - just put it into my car to take back. Took me a couple of days, but finally managed the time to go past them to exchange it. unfortunately I have tossed the bag and slip out that first day, so didnt have that, but in my experience of returning boutique items, they recognise their items and are gracious to exchange (provided it's not damaged and dirty - which it wasnt) <br> Cotton-on Fourways REFUSED point blank to take it back and exchange for a smaller size! because the documentation was not with it. ***!!! The skirt is CLEARLY their stock, but they will not assist me. So now I have to make alterations to the skirt I originally bought to make it fit correctly. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM as you will be stuck with it if you need to take it back.
