Dont shop online at cotton on!!!!

Had an absolutely terrible experience with cotton on, placed an order there was stock at the time 1 week later no update then spoke to a consultant they advised my order is packed already and will be dispatched soon then the next few days I receive an update saying theres no stock, this is really disappointing as I really wanted my order and I had to wait over a week and a half after paying then they say it's out of stock and all they do to say sorry is offer free shipping this is ridiculous I advise not to shop online at cotton on you'll just end up being disappointed and might not even get your order after waiting so long !!!
