Don't open an account with COTTON ON za

Cotton on palms centre Boksburg rude cashiers and stuff in general,specifically the ladies my husband and I got the to use our cotton on card for the first time after checkout we noticed the rude lady didn't how we would like to pay for the accounts,which obviously we intend on paying in 6 months to avoid interest ,and so we asked why hasn't she asked us,she rudely rep**** it doesn't reflect it just swipes,and a few weeks later we went to a different cotton on checkout the lady asks how would long would you like to for ,obviously we say 6 months and inform of what happened in the other branch, with this information we call cotton head office when a consultant finally answered ,she said she can't assist since the credit is from rcs but she will escalate the matter to relevant department without even taking our information down,so we go on and call rcs it rang and rang without any answer until airtime ran out,cotton is just pathetic all in all ,be sure what you buying and buy cash save yourself don't open an account with Cotton on za,be warned
