Don’t buy online from Cotton on South Africa

I’m a loyal Cotton On customer but will never be buying from them again. I ordered essentials online over a week ago and still have no indication of when my items will arrive. I spent a lot of money buying winter clothes from them and now I don’t even know when they’ll arrive. No reply to my emails either... very poor customer service. At least let customers know when we can expect our ordered items. If you can’t provide items during lockdown, rather don’t let people buy from you.
