Do NOT buy online from Cotton On - disaster!

I highly advise against using Cotton On's online platform. Every time I have ordered or returned anything online, it takes weeks on end. There is no number to contact them on, just a measly email address. They keep using the excuse that there are high volumes due to Covid...perhaps they should take notes from some of their E-Commerce peers who are fulfilling same-day deliveries and not 2 weeks+ for 2 pairs of gym shorts.
