disrespectful "manager"

visited cotton on mall of the south to exchange my sons jacket that was not stitched properly. I have never had problems with exchanging any items as I always shop at cotton on kids. Shadia who was the lady assisting me rudely asked why didn't I see the it when I bought the item? Politely I responded that I did not see it because had i seen it i wasn't gonna take it. She goes on to tell me that its impossible that I got the item in that position chances are I used it. But why would I want to exchange an item for the exact same thing if I used it. Shadia went on about how she needs to investigate the perks card that was used that wasn't mine before an exchange as that was *****. I had my till slip and the perks card used I don't know and was never asked about a perks card on the day of purchase. She was disrespectful and the manner she talks with customers is pathetic.
