Disgusting service

I'm highly shattered with cotton on Kids sandton city. I went in there at aboit 3pm this afternoon and ordered a personalised nutella jar then waited for like half an hour for something that was said to be instant. They seemed to be only assisting particular customers and so I could not wait as I had to get to work. I spoke to the manager and staff working by the jar station and they ensured that I can come back after work to collect the jar, as it will be ready. They took my contact details and promised to contact me back which never happened. I tired calling them numerous times just after 4pm and 5pm yet the phone rang to voicemail. I then returned in the rain back to the store at 6pm after work, only to be given excuses to why my order of 1 jar could not be produced as the "apparently" ran out of printing labels. However they had over 2 hours before I got back to contact me or even make a plan. Yet did not bother to do so or even care. They seemed to not proceed with my order and came up with a lie, as when i was there they had numerous lable pages .I paid for a Jar which I did not receive and can no longer give as a gift tomorrow morning. Cotton On has failed me as I no longer will be attending tomorrow's event as I do not have a gift . What upsets me is how rude and arrogant the staff members are and how no one in the store seems to care. I paid for a gift which I never received and had to travel back and forth in the rain to be given a stupid excuse. They just did not bother to print 1 jar of nutella not 5 or 6 but 1. I am disappointed and I honestly no longer want the jar as it is long over due.
