Disgusting experience cotton on kids Ballito junction

Today 30/01/2024 Visiting from the uk and had my first shocking and disrespectful experience at cotton on kids at Ballito Junction. I was assisted by employee: NONDUMISO, she was so rude to me and my family and even made comments while we were leaving. I still bought what I wanted and luckily got her name on my receipt!! Highly recommend some people skills needed in this store as I’m still in shock after I’ve been In and out different stores and never experienced such a disappointed and disrespected experience
