Disgusting behavior and uninformed staff members

As I walked into the store at 21:50, I saw there was a special with particular ladies and men shorts. I then asked one of the assistants if I could cross match ladies and men shorts as i wanted one of each and she said sure that can be done, I then went to the till to make the payment, another lady then explained that the shorts couldn’t be cross matched(To my surprise) so I have to change the items, as I was about to go “match items” another lady came to me and started shouting at me claiming that shes explaining what can be matched and not. This lady came to me unprovoked and started shouting at me, I avoided her and continued with my shopping, as I finally got what could be matched she asked MA’AM ARE YOU FINISHING ANYTIME SOON, the time was 22:15. The staff at this store have bad manners, bad attitude, no respect what so ever, the are uninformed and act like they were never trained,no wonder they not busy as they used to, I am never going back.
