Disgusted

I am totally disgusted with their customer service. Bought a lot of winter stuff, online. Received by order number and that was the end of it. Never heard from them again!!! I PAID in full. I send emails, I tried to phone... customer service number is offline, no one working. Hoe am I suppose to get my parcel, or total refund??
