Disappointing first time online order TYPO

To whom it may concern

It was my first online order with typo an I am deeply disappointed. I ordered 2 feed me bowls online when I went to the greenstone cotton on, there was a polite assistant who helped, we noticed there was no fragile sticker on the box Firstly when we opened the box one of the bowls were broken into 5 pieces thankfully she was able to replace it or else I would have re-order. Makes me think if I should ever to online purchases again. The trouble I would have had to re - order aswell. Deeply upset with the packaging of my order an it was my first online purchase with cotton on.
