Deceiving!

Very upset! Bought items on sale online. Obviously couldn't try on as it was bought online. When I wanted to return the items, I was told that I can only exchange and not get refunded and that the terms and conditions are available. This is unacceptable in today's day and age, really? You can return any sale item at any store for a refund when it is unworn and with tags still attached! This is very deceiving!!!
