Daylight **** by cotton on

I'm appalled service of cotton clearly they inconderable and daylight ********. On the 3rd June 2021 I was about to buy three sale items which were Charlie puffer 350, boys jessie denim sherpa jacket R350 and pink track pants R179.99. When I had to pay for the item the sherpa jacket was not marked down it was 599.99, I login on charts to advise them, the lady told me to pay I'll be refunded, I asked for head office contacts and I email my query which I received response that it was resolved and Ref o:***. To my surprise when I revisit onlim for payment the jacket and track pants were on their original price. I still continue to complain but they ignore my query. I have screens hots on chars to share including marked down. My perks card no:*** and the email I'm registered with cottonon is ***
