Dawn wing poor service

I sent a return request on the 7th December order W***, I was told the request was sent to dawn wing, I've asked for it to be escalated. This is not the first time my previous return was only collected 2months later. This is very poor service. Why do you continue to use Dawn wing they are a terrible courier company. There are so many other reputable courier companies.
