Courier not collecting returned items

I tried to return items immediately after they were delivered as I had ordered the wrong items in error. Cotton on said that Dawn Wing couriers would be in touch to arrange collection. I emailed Cotton on a couple of times to say that the courier had not been in touch/collected. It has now been a month since I requested the return and I’m still waiting.
