CottonOn RCS Pathetic and **********

Do Not open a CottonOn account. Been trying to close this account for the last month and been unsuccessful. I have had no response to my emails and when contacting *** your just on hold forever all consultants happens to be busy everytime I call, I just end up wasting airtime on holding for upto 5 mins. I have already paid the settlement to close my account however RCS ********** cannot be reached??? What I can I do about this? I refused to be billed for monthly charges for an account that I do not want to have. Also I am unemployed and cannot afford this.
