Cotton on's number is only for adverti*****ts

It is impossible to get through to cotton on , when you call them. All I want to do is get information on my account then they say, I need to wait to get a pin and talk to a consultant and all that happens when you call the number on the card it just keeps on advertising the same information and you never get through to a consultant, I'm still waiting and its been 50 minutes and there is only adverti*****ts. A person can't even pay your account at the store and when you try to call them no picks up, so how then must I get my information.
