Cotton On's Missing Customer Support

I placed an order on Black Friday (28th November) and it is now the 9th of December, no amount of calls, emails, live chat communication, etc., has led me to any support at all, or even a voice to communicate my issue to. This is beyond unprofessional, and deeply concerning given the sheer scale of Cotton On, as there should be no reason at all that almost 2 weeks have passed since ordering, and I've still heard absolutely nothing.
