Cotton Online Online - A complete disaster!

Cotton on really has to revisit their understanding of customer service. Not only were they unreachable since the day I placed my order online, they also took about 3 weeks to deliver. Their online special allowed me to choose a free beanie and did I receive it? Not at all! Further, although they claimed to have all my items in stock when I placed my order... I simply received a notification one day before delivery to inform me that there was no stock for a few of my items. Were your beanies out of stock too?? Cotton On simply has no idea of how to operate and manage an online shopping service.
