Cotton-On. Unable to return on-line shopping and get refund.

On-line order was made on 31 July 2020. Pathetic online service, non-existant return policy and impossible to access customer service. On-line item ordered on 31 July is too large. Unable to effect an exchange, nor have we been able to return the item and we can be refunded. Multiple emails ineffective. Unable to contact customer services as after long wait calls are repeatedly dropped *** and ***). In the last email correspondence, when asked for details of someone to whom this matter could be escalated we were sent the number of Dawn Wing Couriers!
