Cotton on stores pathetic

It's going to be a month since Cotton on head office promised to investigate and respond to my refund complaint. In early October 2017 i purchased for about R800 and returned goods later to the Pavilion store. The Pavilion store store promised that monies will be in my savings card in 5 to 10 days. This credit was effected but reversed. Instead of Pavilion store or head office providing answers they have gone underground. Not a person contacted me save for an email. This is pathetic and theft. Luckily I checked my account or else cotton on or one of their officials would have benefited.

Please check your account and be cautious when dealing with cotton on.
