COTTON ON STORE CREDIT SUCKS

I app**** for store credit and I was approved and they sent me an sms to say that I must just present my ID at my closest Cotton On to redeem my card. Today was the fourth time I went to claim it and honestly its like the employees have no blady clue how to get the process done. First I didnt bring along a copy of my ID, then they said its going to take an hour and I didnt have time for that, then when I started the process it hit 5 o clock and they said its too late. They take like 15 to 20 mins just to find the RCS file with the number to dial and then its the wrong number 100 times. Just want to cancel my store credit and go somewhere else. IRRITATED
