COTTON ON *****S MONEY!

I bought an item and decided to return it for a refund. A lady phoned me to arrange collection, which then Cotton On collected the item for the refund. I receievd a mail stating someone would contact me for further details on the refund.

NO ONE HAS AND ITS BEEN A MONTH! I CAN'T GET HOLD OF ANYONE, NO ON REPLYING! HORRIBLE SYSTEM FOR ONLINE SHOPPING! NO CONTACT NUMBER, COTTON ON *****S MONEY!
