Cotton on - Should be Cotton Off-putting

Ordered something on their online platform. They chose to make use of the most useless courier company who has STILL not delivered my package and when I addressed this with them, they made no effort to assist me. They advised that I should just wait because deliveries take long in the festive period. As far as I am aware, the beginning of November is not the festive season. Their customer care is pathetic and I am disappointed that they would treat people with genuine concerns in this manner. Disgusting!
