Cotton on selling paper bags

I am utterly disappointed at the fact that all Cotton on group are selling paper bags, yes it's a great initiative that they are no longer using plastic and are using recyclable material. I have been a ZARA & H&M store and they provide FREE paper bags to they customer when they make a purchase. Cotton on is not a grocery store it is a clothing store and it is the only clothing store that sells paper bags to their customer and it is very disappointing.
