Cotton On returns missing/ lost/ no refund yet

I often buy items from Cotton on. I purchased twice on December, some items needed to be returned. They sent Dawn wing to collect the times (a mix of the two orders). Its Feb and I have no refund. From Jan to Feb said there was a delay and they have my items but no refund. Its almost then end of Feb, so I inquired again and they said they will sort it out. How ever I got a call from Dawn wing to collect the items that were already collected months ago! Do not buy form Cotton on, they got no clue what they doing with returns. I am sure they lost my returns and no one is telling me. I have often bought from them but will never do that again. So disappointed as its Covid, times are tough, but now I can see they have lost my returns and I am not going to see a cent back.
