Cotton On Return MISSING

I am an avid online shopper, and Cotton On is one of the stores that l frequently buy from. So l ordered a Jersey, which was delivered; however it was faulty and had threads hanging out. So l logged a return, and the jersey was picked up on 6 June 2023. The return policy clearly states that, a return will be processed within 14 working days. To this date, my return has not been processed, and l have been writing to Cotton On to try get help with NO LUCK!!!! At this point, l DO NOT recommend buying from Cotton ON. They have shown me how unprofessional they are!!
