Cotton On Regional Manager does not answer emails

CottonOn never answer clients. Despite reaching out, I have not yet received any response from the regional manager, and it has been quite some time since my initial email to them.

I am concerned by the lack of communication and would like to understand if this is representative of how Cotton On handles customer concerns. As a loyal customer, I expected a more timely and professional response.
