Cotton On really needs to up their game - useless customer service

Cotton On's customer service is absolutely useless. I ordered a few items online to put together a Halloween outfit for my daughter on 24 October and opted for express shipping so that it would get here in time for Halloween.

It didn't arrive in time so I purchased an outfit elsewhere for Halloween and processed a refund request the day it arrived (leaving the items in the package it arrived in, unopened).

The Courier has STILL not collected despite me reminding them that the package is still waiting here for collection, unopened.

In a world where other retailers are so efficient with delivery and processing returns, Cotton On really needs to up their game, this is ridiculous!
