Cotton on poor service by manager

On the 6th of December 2021 I went to Tygervally mall Cape Town do do some shopping,went in to Cotton on to buy my sons few items which amounted to R1300 then went out of the store to Mr Price,to my surprise when exiting Mr Price the security guards of the centre were awaiting for me telling me that they've been informed by the Cotton on manager to bring me to Cotton on as the manager suspects that I've ****** something,I was literally fuming but eventually followed their instructions as humiliating as it was,when we got to Cotton on one of their staff members instructed the officers that we should wait outside the store as he'll go n call the manager but the security guards said that's very unprofessional as there are bypassers n suggested that we go in,after going in this colored lady(manager)first went to the cashier that assisted me n later came to us only to say the security guards can let us go it's fine,when we were about to take a lift with my sister again the security officer called us n instructed the security ladies to escort us to the control room n search the shopping bags n we must show the proof of purchases,we did exactly that n nothing was found ******,I called the Tygervalley centre manager few hours later after I'd realized I've lost my wallet lodged a complaint about the whole incident he said he'll handle the matter,came back to me sent me n email with Cotton ons contact numbers as I want to speak with the general manager both contacts are uncontactable,sent him n email to tell him I can't get a hold of the person he referred me to til this day nothing has been done not sure if it's because of the racial matter as I'm a black woman had it been a white person things would've been escalated very quick n would've been compensated by now,but all I can say is I'm never ever buying from Cotton on ever again they've humiliated me sooo bad I've never received such service ever in my life n yes I still want to speak to one of their superiors as this was just a disgrace
