Cotton On - poor service and sucky couriers

My first time buying from Cotton On online and I am super disappointed! No email communication to indicate delivery date or give any updates. They use Dawn Wing for couriers who are giving me an absolute run around and who use ***eon mail to communicate internally, it is 2020, if only we had some sort of technology where we could easily and conveniently communicate with one another to save everyone's time.. oh wait we do... it is called a phone call! And Cotton On do not care.
