Cotton on online shopping is pathetic

Your online service is pathetic! I placed my order on the 24 April 2020 and today is the 11th of June I still haven’t received my parcel. I have tried to contact cotton on and they’re telling me stories that due to the lockdown they weren’t able to deliver but does it really take a month and half to do a simple delivery ? I do not recommend anyone to buy things online
