Cotton on online review

A couple weeks ago i purchased items from cotton on delivery was made and upon opening my package one of the items was in a unpleasant condition i then forwarded images to the cotton on team and asked how this could be resolved at first i didn't get a reply so i took to messaging them via direct message on ig where i did get a reply and was asked for my details and order number to have customer care look into it within the next day i received feedback from their team stating i would receive a full refund for the item and free delivery on my next purchase i was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer care from the cotton on online team
