Cotton On Online Returns - A logistical disaster

I regret buying online. I bought 2 pairs of gym tights on 31 May 2020. I returned one pair because the cut was incorrect/faulty. It is the 17th of July 2020, 7 weeks later, and I have still not received my refund, your staff never get back to me, I followed your process step by step, just to be met with silence. Order number: W*** There is also no number for me to call and follow up. I think 7 weeks for a refund is nothing short of disappointing especially since all those unreturned funds are sitting in your bank account earning interest and not back with your customers.
