Cotton on ****ming people! Be aware!

Cotton on are ****ming customers and consumers should be made aware! I bought 5items worth R1780 at the somerset mall branch. I had a R75 voucher which I earned from points. I paid R1710 for the items. On 15/7 I returned some of the items and I only got refunded a certain portion of the money as the voucher was app**** only pro rata on the items bought the manger told me. But she actually overrided my return. Addition to that all my accumulated points were deducted online and I am left without my voucher and the can resell these products for the full amount. How many consumers are they doing this to and making millions extra from us without anyone noticing! I urge you to check your slip when returning products!
