Cotton On is Useless

I app**** for an account with Cotton on, there is nowhere online for you to attach you bank statements (which I emailed) or comment. I earn a second income which there was nowhere for me to put. They rep**** saying I did not meet the criteria and when I asked why they said it was because I had not sent bank statements. I then sent them again and they rep**** with an email confirming they had been received. 2 days later I was denied the application, their reasoning: No bank statements had been sent to them. I sent them again. Over a week later I contacted them after hearing nothing, they said there was no show of salary on my bank statements, which there is, if they could have the decency to phone and ask or at least read the bank statements properly I explained my bank statements to them, still haven't heard back. I opened an account with Mr. Price, they phoned the next day, confirmed on my bank statements which incoming money was my salary and approved it within 24 hours of applying. I can't believe Cotton On can be so ***********.
