COTTON-ON- Incorrect Account and Credit History linked to individuals

On my credit report from Experian, I have an account listed that's not mine. I have contacted Cotton On and they confirmed that its not mine and given me the actual account holders name. I have since made 5 calls to Cotton On as king them to rectify this as its negatively affecting my credit history. Surely with POPI its ******* for me to have someone else's account linked to my profile.
