Cotton on has very bad cutomer care!!!

Received very bad service. Never got my order of R400's goods. I do not get any help from cotton on, they keep saying they will investigate but nothing happens and they do not give any feed back. There is no customer care number and have to communicate through email the whole time, which they they take a whole day to reply.
