Cotton On Greenstone's "Manager"

Never have I ever felt as embarrassed and demoralized by a customer service representative as I have by the so-called manager at Cotton On Greenstone Mall. I purchased a jersey, of which was damaged under the sleeve. I only noticed the damage when I got home. I live close to Greenstone so decided to go to that branch for help. Upon arrival, I went to the counter and explained the story to 2 ladies (one cashier probably and one "manager") they told me they would help and told me to go get another jersey. I walked across the shop to the jerseys and the "manager" screamed across the store, calling me like a dog. So I went to find out what's up. As I got back to the counter, she started SCREAMING at me like I was a school child, telling me I've worn the jersey, I've eaten in the jersey and I've SMOKED IN IT!!!??? I tried telling her I only baught it after 2pm yesterday and went home. And I don't even smoke!!!?????? I spent a bill of R1900 at your franchise (the jersey is not the only thing I bought), to be spoken to like **** and be accused of something I did not do like a ********. I was screamed at while other customers got the wonder of experiencing your top class service. I asked this rude, obnoxious woman for the manager and to my surprise she answered arrogantly "I am the manager" and I will not help you. She then chased me out like a dog after I asked her when I got the chance to wear the jersey. This woman is nothing but a rotten apple, bringing down the name of your brand. She made me so upset I left the Greenstone mall in a state and will NEVER go back to Cotton On Greenstone. You, my dear, are the reason shops close down. This woman wouldn't give me her name either but had the audacity to tell me she's the manager. This happened on Sunday 23 June around 11:20. If you didn't want to help, you should've just said so and not embarrass me the way you did. Very disappointed and feeling extremely demoralized.
