Cotton On East Point

We visited the Cotton On at East Point. We wanted to purchase clothing that was advertised as on sale. We proceeded to ask an employee regarding the special and confirmed that it was on special. As we came to the till and it was scanned and the price was not as it was advertised. When we brought up the price the cashier very rudely told us that we are lying, so I proceeded to take her to the rack and employee that informed us about it. Without an apology and very rudely she told us it is a mistake and the special was not for those items even though there was no specification of the items on special. She then proceeded to call the manager who abruptly told us its not a special, pay the price or leave them.

The service and the situation was handled disgustingly. We would have bought the item regardless of the price but receiving an ultimatum from a manager is not the way to fix your mistake. We will not be returning to the Cotton on at EastPoint
