Cotton on deserts their employees

Cotton on does not care about its employees, there are no assistant offered to you . I worked for them and my contract ended , now that I need documents for applying for uif nobody wants to help. Anyone knows where I can report this, their head office isn't functioning all they give you is customer services number that only help customers only. I desperately need help
