Cotton on are ********

Cotton on stole my money. I purchased sunglasses online and they took my money twice without my permission. I don't know how they did it because I did not authorize it. Now It's been a week and I still haven't received my money back. When I call the reps Dario is the worst of them all. He said he'd email me back and that I’d get my money by Wednesday which is today (Jan 26, 2022) they took my money on the 17 of January. When I ask the reps to speak to the manager Dario tells me the manager is in a meeting but Timothy told they work remotely. So now I'm still waiting for my money they took it so fast and now I got to wait to get my money back and they told me they have to escalate it, for weeks now my matter has been escalated
