Cotton on are ****mers

I bought 2 items online using payflex, but returned them on 16/03/2024 due to a size at the store in Access Park, Kenilworth. I was told that i will not get refund immediately after that mana whom i assume was a manager made a phone call. He gave me a reference number for a follow up. Today the 8/04/2024 i get a feed back from Catlin after several attemps contacting their call cantre saying that i was given cash at the store. If this is how you **** people you need to stop and if your employees don't know how to do their work train them well because from what they said to me i was not to be given none as i did not pay payflex in full so how cpuld i have gotten cash.
